1. Exchange and Returns

  • If you have made a purchase, it indicates that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of Papeeha Jewelry.  
  • We do not offer return or exchange on jewelry, primarily for hygiene reasons. No return or exchange requests shall be accepted once the order is confirmed.
  • Please ensure you read the product details before placing an order. For non-adjustable items like bangles and finger rings, ensure that you know your correct size. You can check in a local jewelry store in case of any doubts.
  • We take extra care in packaging fragile items. Each piece is thoroughly checked before packing, and all necessary precautions are taken while sending your parcels. Still in case you receive a damaged / defective / wrong product, please contact us via WhatsApp on +91-8828194462 and share the image of the item. We will help you in the best possible way. 
  • Please note that since all our products are handcrafted, no two units are exactly alike. There will be slight variation in design / polish and that is the characteristic of handmade pieces. These variations should not be taken as “defects” and no return / exchange requests shall be accepted based on these factors. 
  • All our products are photographed in sunlight or evening natural lights. We do not use any lighting equipment hence what you see is what you get. The colors of stones, enamel, or other embellishments are not edited at all. Slight variations, if noticed, might occur on account of different screen types, resolutions and device types. 
  • All customisations shall be accepted only upon full payment towards the item and shipping costs. Lead time for customised items is 6-8 weeks. 
  • All purchases are non-refundable. 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not accept cancellations once the order has been duly placed. However, in case of change of dispatch address please contact us via call or WhatsApp on +91-8828194462 within 6 hours of placing the order. 

Refund is not applicable in any case except the damaged or wrong product sent to you. In such cases, please inform our customer support with the item images. 

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

Charges and Timelines:

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders and this is independent of the number of items and the volumetric weight of the package. 
  • We also do gift wrapping free and hand-written messages, which can be added to the “Notes” section while placing your order. In case you have missed it, please contact us via WhatsApp to drop your messages for your loved ones. Do not forget to mention your order number. 
  • We charge a shipping of INR 2500 for all international orders. We deliver globally.
  • All domestic orders shall be dispatched within 3-4 business days of order confirmation and receipt of payment. In case of an unavoidable delay, our team shall get in touch with you and keep you updated on the shipment. Delivery typically happens within 4-5 business days after the dispatch.
  • All international orders shall be dispatched within 10 business days of the order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery timeline is 15 business days after the dispatch. Delay in international shipment due to country/region specific rules/holidays (Christmas shut-down being a classic example) is beyond our control and might result in delayed delivery. Please consider this and place your orders accordingly.
  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes within India. 
  • For international orders, customs duties and local taxes will be applicable as per recipient’s country tax laws and regulations. These will be borne by the customer and payable directly to the courier company at the time of delivery.
  • In case of incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, an RTO is initiated by the courier company. When the parcel is returned to us, we shall re-dispatch but the RTO cost is the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them. 
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery or COD.

Logistics Partners: 

  • Domestic : Fedex, Delhivery, Expressbees and EcomExpress. We also use India Post in case of remote areas which are non-serviceable by other carriers.
  • International: Foreign Post Office.

Note to the Customer:

  • Our parcels are sent in a secured packaging. Kindly do not accept the parcel if it has been tampered with. In such cases, reject the parcel and mention it clearly in the delivery signing sheet so we can investigate and raise a ticket with the courier partner if needed. If the delivery is accepted, it is assumed that it has arrived in a sealed and secured manner. Papeeha will not be liable for any missing / stolen items in such cases. 
  • For multiple items in an order, we pack them in a fitted manner in the right sized boxes. If you need them to be separately packed, do contact us. Minimal charges may be applicable in such cases which the customer can pay separately. 
  • Please place separate orders for separate delivery addresses.
